Smarter products are sold exclusively through approved third-party retailers. We do not sell items directly via the Smarter website.

If you have a query relating to an order, including delivery, returns, refunds, or exchanges, please contact the third-party provider from whom you purchased the item. All sales, payments, and fulfilment are managed by the retailer at the point of purchase.

Unfortunately, Smarter is unable to access order details or process requests for items purchased through external partners.
